Rob, it's us again. Still haven't heard from you, and we're disappointed to see that our Website 2.0 looks exactly the same as last time. Would you kindly have a look at your email inbox and respond to any of the numerous messages we have sent over the past three months. We're just looking for some kind of timeline on the new website. Thanks.

Hi Rob, Matt and Kyle and Matt here. Just wondering when the Website 2.0 you promised us would be ready. So far it looks like the same old wood panelling (which we never approved), and all those plants (three would have been fine). Thanks for the video, but maybe if you would just respond to our emails we could get things moving along.
